The balcony side of the living space facing south-east is completely fitted with floor-to-ceiling sliding window elements, allowing ample daylight in and creating a loft character. It is barely a 15-minute walk or less than 5 minutes by bike to the old town and the weekly market square, where Travemünde’s shopping, café and strolling mile by the water starts with the adjoining promenade and the beach. Opposite, on the Priwall, the legendary windjammer “Passat” is moored, the emblem of Travemünde.
