This attractive ground floor apartment in a typical Portuguese neighborhood is a recent arrival at the holiday market. In a completely different way, this charming and very cozy loft in a traditional building has now been completely renovated and decorated in a modern style with some vintage details.
Ideally situated on one of Lisbon's 7 famous hills, it is next to the Torel Palace, a luxury hotel, and to the Funicular da Lavra, the oldest Portuguese elevator, classified as a National Monument, which takes you directly to Avenida da Liberdade, one of the most famous streets in Lisbon.
Based on an innovative renovation concept, this space is all lined with OSB, a raw material consisting of small pieces of wood and sustainable growth forests, which serves as a thermal and acoustic insulator. This allows the house to stay cool in summer and warm in winter with a high level of soundproofing.
Comfortably furnished with all the vacation requirements, in this apartment you will find everything you need to relax and spend a few days wandering around Lisbon. To be in touch with the world, we have cable TV, wifi internet, (unlimited high speed internet at no extra charge) and Hi Fi for listening to music.
The Lisbon Tram apartment is a very sunny loft. The living room has two individual sofas where you can sit, relax or watch TV and a dining table. It has plenty of natural light, provided by the huge window facing the street where you can enjoy the typical Portuguese neighborhood. The sleeping area has a queen size bed (1.60 * 2.00) with comfortable duvet cover and multiple pillows for your choice and maximum comfort. We can also provide a travel cot if you have a baby.
Next door is a kitchenette, equipped with all your needs: fridge, microwave, toaster, boiler, coffee maker and all kitchen utensils.
The bathroom is completely new, with natural light and a large shower next door.
Sheets and towels are provided, cleaned and changed by a cleaning professional, changed after each check-out. There is an air conditioner to give more comfort to the house.

The apartment is ideal for a couple. It is new and clean. It has everything that one needs.
It is on a hill that is easily accessible by the elevator do lavra, which is opposite from the elevator do gloria. Definitely need the elevator on arrival with luggage. One can take metro from the airport to the apartment. From the airport, take the red line to Alameda then change to the green line to Baixa-Chiado and switch to the blue line to get off at Restauradores. If one stays in Lisbon for 3 days, the Lisboa Card is definitely worth it since it gives unlimited access to all the bus, trams, and metro and either free or discounted price to many museums and attractions.
The apartment is in the Asian neighborhood so there are many Asian restaurants nearby, including dim sum restaurant. Terras Gervais, a Brazilian restaurant in the neighborhood down the hill heading to Martim Moniz metro station, is excellent. The selection is limited but the food and service are excellent. Cervejaria Ramiro, one of the best seafood restaurants in Lisbon, is within 20 minutes from the apartment in the Martim Monitz neighborhood. But come early around 6 pm to get in. After that, prepare to wait for 2 hours to get in.
