I just loved the stay.
It is a new property near pushkar bus stand and staff is very polite and helpful.
Good in cleanliness and ventilated room with good facilities.
It was a lovely stay.

Staying here felt less like checking into a commercial hotel and more like being welcomed into someone’s home. Right from the start, the host went out of their way and came to pick me up, which made arrival completely stress-free. Both the owner and the manager are genuinely warm, honest, and helpful people who gave solid, spot-on recommendations for exploring around town without trying to upsell anything. The room was cozy, well-ventilated, and had a lovely hill view that was great to wake up to. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for sincere hospitality and a peaceful stay.

It was an excellent experience at the Hotel Santosh Heritage . The room was quite large and ambiance good .
There are few improvement points to be noted .
1) It seemed to be understaffed .
2) The security guard was manning reception and the receptionist was managing operation viz switching on and off the generator , kitchen work etc . In fact the security guard had arranged for the towels and toiletries.
3) Hence Check In process got delayed .
4) Lack of professionalism .
If the above is improved , then it will be quite an accommodation with value for money.

The accommodation is good , clean and staff helpful .
But , the facility is understaffed with security guard manning reception found quite often and receptionist managing operations. This had resulted in delays in getting services .
