The accommodations are a T2 of 40 m² (+10 m² on the mezzanine) installed in a beautiful Haussmannian building, which gives it a high ceiling, a lot of charm and a pleasant atmosphere.
Everything has been renovated with attention to detail to reconcile the charm of the building and modern comfort.
The living room, open and bright, overlooks the Alleys. It communicates with a mezzanine set up as a sleeping area, with two single beds 80×200. The maximum height of this mezzanine is 1.50 m, which makes it a cocooning corner, perfect for children, teenagers or two adults comfortable with a low space. Note for adults, the kitchen and dining area under the mezzanine have a ceiling height of 1.90m.
The toilets are independent.
The master bedroom has a comfortable 160×200 bed and opens directly onto a balcony. From the balcony, you can enjoy a nice unobstructed view of the paths and the mountains, whether you want to have a coffee in the morning, a meal for 2 or simply admire the view.
Accessible from the bedroom, the bathroom includes a shower, a sink and a heated towel rail.
The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your meals with ease: hob, microwave, large fridge + freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and essential utensils.
A private cellar is available in the building's cellar to store skis, boots, snowboards or bicycles. For the sake of cleanliness and safety, ski boots are strictly forbidden in the common areas and in the apartment. They must be stored in the cellar, as well as all winter sports equipment.
Bed linen and towels are not provided by default, but you can benefit from hotel services in addition (rental of sheets, towels and beds made on arrival).
In the same way, the exit cleaning must be carried out by the traveler, unless you prefer to opt for an optional cleaning package.
