    I’m not even sure where to start. When I went to check in, the door to the lobby was locked and there was no one at the outside desk. I stood there for 20 minutes in 100 degree weather with a toddler in my arms. Finally an older man came up there to extend his stay and said that they were probably at the neighboring hotel. So we walked over together. The dude working was pretty nice. Handed me my room key and I went on my way. He forgot to unlock the deadbolt so o couldn’t get in my room and had to walk all the way back over to the neighboring hotel. Open walking in I tried to turn on lighting. There was none except the bathroom light. There were two broken lamps in the room and the bathroom/ vanity area that did not work. Or they might’ve worked I wasn’t able to find out because none of the outlets had power except for the outlet in the bathroom/ vanity area. The fridge and microwave were also in the bathroom/vanity area. There was food in the fridge which was unplugged for god knows how long. Next off I go to get in the bed. The sheets are peed stained. Everywhere. The sheet was supposed to be white but were yellow instead. Then I open the nightstand drawer and there were cockroaches. I went to turn on the tv but it wouldn’t turn on because again no power to any outlets but one. There were multiple exposed wires on the roof and on the wall. Went to take a shower before bed but there was no hot water. I ran the water for 5 minutes to see if it just took awhile. Never got even slightly warm. They need to close for awhile and remodel/ fix things.
