BONUS: guests get access to our Pvt. Mtn. Lake w/a beach- just min. away in Tryon, NC! Fishing pond too! Btw we cater to and love our travel nurses!

Complete with furnished private patio area, and porch swing to enjoy your morning coffee. We are Minutes from GSP airport too. Full parking available. Separate walkway leading to the back patio entrance. No handicap access sorry :(. Since it is a beautiful but downstairs basement apt. - there might be minimal sound from upstairs but we are always courteous of our guests and we have no children. Quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. Great for walking! It is exactly 1 mile to loop our cul-de-sac if you are into walking or running. cute little bridge in the center of the neighborhood adds to the charm
