Welcome to your hidden oasis nestled at the end of a peaceful neighborhood a true gem for families and larger groups seeking a memorable retreat Conveniently situated with easy access to downtown Everett you ll be just a short drive away from a vibrant array of stores and restaurants Explore Snohomish and its exquisite wedding venues just 20-30 min away Experience Seattle and Bellevue a short 30-35 min journey Conveniently reach Mukilteo Mill Creek and Lynnwood in just 10-15 min UPSTAIRS - Master bedroom w ensuite walk-in closet Queen bed - Bedroom 2 w closet Queen bed - Bedroom 3 w closet 2 twin beds - 2nd bathroom full - living room with workspace and foosball table - Washer and dryer DOWNSTAIRS - Living room with a reversible sectional sofa - Half bath - Fully Equipped Kitchen - Dining room - Access to backyard and 2 car garageYou will have access to the entire house except for the small shed on the side of the house You will have access to the garage which is meant for 2 cars I do not live on site but I live about 25 minutes away so I will be happy to help out Our spacious home is located at the end of the street in a small and safe neighborhood You will be minutes away from grocery stores restaurants the freeway and more Perfect for groups needing a place close to Boeing NOTE You will be close to 112th Street and Paine Field Airport so do expect some noise Noise isn t as bad when inside You can walk to many bus stops close by 5-10 min - 112TH ST SW SB Station Bus station - 112th St SW Airport Rd EB Bus stop- Airport Rd Beverly Park Rd Bus stopThe closet grocery store is Walmart which is just 3 minutes away Uber is also a great way to get around if you don t have your own car - High chair available - Stroller available - Baby car seat available - Fans available The fridge does not make ice but we have provided some ice trays for your use
The Space:
- Quite hours from 10pm-8am- No shoes inside the house please After your reservation we will inspect the the carpet and if we find staines you will be responsible for the cost of the carpet cleaning - No parties events or large gatherings- No unauthorized guest Guests who are not listed on the reservation areconsidered unauthorized guests and will be charged 150 per night - Guests staying for more than 30 days must agree to sign a formal lease agreement - Complaints from neighbors for any disturbance or noise will lead to removal of guests from the property without a refund - No smoking If evidence of smoking is found in the house or anywhere in the premises of the house guest will be fined 250 for breaking our no smoking policy - Breaking the house rules or any damage to the property or furnishings may cost you the deposit and we may enter the house including police or legal action for necessary corrective preventive actions - The owners managers reserve the right to enter the premises to make repairs maintenance or in case of an emergency
