Set in a sunny position, with stunning mountain views, this is a light-filled apartment for 4. In the pretty village of San Sicario Alto, near Cesana Torinese, this first-floor apartment (with lift) makes an excellent base for an action-packed holiday all year round.
The main living area is furnished with a contemporary sofa, dining table for 4 and a flat-screen TV. Large windows and a glass door allow guests to enjoy panoramic mountain views, either from the comfort of the living room or relaxing on the private balcony. Open shelves separate the dining area from the neat kitchenette. This is equipped with an induction hob, oven, Moka coffee machine and fridge.

Location
The hamlet of San Sicario is a charming ski resort which is well-organised and offers slopes to suit all levels of skiers. The apartment is in the heart of this quiet resort and ideally positioned for easy access to the slopes.
Sestriere (10 minutes), which hosted the 2006 Winter Olympics, has a lot to offer throughout the year. In the winter months, there is cross-country skiing, heli-skiing, ice skating, motor sledging, dog sledging and snowshoeing. There is even an outdoor heated swimming pool which is open in the winter and summer seasons.
Summer visitors can go hiking through the forests and alpine meadows. There are numerous tracks for mountain biking at all levels, as well as tennis, golf and swimming. The area also hosts many festivals and events for all ages, including environmental initiatives and cultural evenings.
Turin airport is a 1-hour and 25-minute drive from the apartment.
