Arranged on the ground floor of a recently renovated two-storey house in Marina di Massa, the property features a spacious living area that’s furnished with a sofa and a Smart flatscreen TV. There’s also an elegant dining table with four chairs and a ceiling fan. The separate kitchen/dining room is equipped with a Moka coffee machine (for a true Italian coffee experience), a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, an American fridge freezer and a large dining table.
Outside, guests can soak up the Italian sun in the shared garden and enjoy alfresco mealtimes on the private terrace, where they’ll find a BBQ and a large dining table.

Lucca, with its walls surrounding the historic centre (where you can walk for free), is a 30-minute drive and Florence, 1 hour 20-minute drive away.
