Holiday apartment in Bregenzerwald near forest

The location is amazing - we didn't even expect such view! Very nice little round walk option nearby, bigger mountains close as well. The apartment itself was very comfy and nicely equipped. Easy to park and there is a restaurant in the building.

Probably not an issue of the acommodation staff itself, but the provider Belvilla kept sending long repeating messages on daily bases - very annoying and unnecessary. When I actually needed something (e.g. actually working link, since the provided ones didn't work) it took forever to get a normal answer or a contact to responsible people. Tons of long paragraphs and essays in the message box but when we arrived they were confused anyway. The staff itself (at the acommodation) was nice and helpful. Another surprising thing was the fact we had to specificaly ask to get a toilet paper since in the apartment there was none - the lady then however brought it asap, thanks :). Also no kitchen towels to find, eventhough it was mentioned in one of the thousands of messages, that they're included. We didn't ask for them because we had a little towel with us and - do we have to ask separatelly for all the essentials? Maybe not a fault of the staff but incredibly annoying were people under our windows - loud till very much night and nonstop smoking so we couldn't open our windows any time during the day. Considering replacing the ''smoking station'' from under other people's windows might make sense.
