This delightful escapade has been completely renovated inside out to provide nothing but comfort and a luxurious experience. The living room will be the first space you come across. This space is bright and spacious, perfect for family gatherings. It comes equipped with two leather sofas, an indoor chaise lounge chair, and a large flatscreen TV with streaming services (Netflix and HBO). Right off the living room is a secluded office/study featuring an L-shaped glass desk, a computer, and a futon. This will be a great place to sit down and reply to your work emails in silence. Make sure to stock up on groceries and goodies and surprise the group with delicious and cost-saving meals. You'll find plenty of counter space, a double oven, and a breakfast bar. You can choose to dine indoors in the sunny dining room complete with a gorgeous six-person dining table and garden views or enjoy your meals al fresco at the partially covered patio.

The bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the home, providing that much appreciated and needed privacy. The main bedroom has direct access to the patio, a small armchair, a spacious closet, and an ensuite full bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sinks, and a tub.

This home backs onto a nature preserve and dry creek, an ideal place for animal and bird watching! But the home also sits one mile from the heart of the Village of Oak Creek, where you'll find great restaurants, convenience stores, the Canyon Mesa Country Club, and more! You'll be near most of Sedona's hiking trails, town, and main attractions. Downtown Sedona is eight miles north.
The backyard is perfect for enjoying the Arizona sunshine, with a fore pit and two dining areas for your outdoor dining needs. Please note that the fireplace is decorative and not for use.


THINGS TO KNOW
In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
