King Street Condo - Endless Outdoor Space

It was so convenient and within walking distance to pretty much everything.

The spiral staircase made it a bit difficult with luggage- but we managed. Could have provided a few extra towels also.

Very nice, such a nice set-up.

Needed another full bath, but we made it work.

It was really difficult to get in touch about accessing the property. They sent too many emails with what seemed like conflicting and confusing information. Parking was supposed to be free with coupons. The coupon tickets did NOT work. I have contacted the property multiple times to get a refund. They keep promising it but it has not yet happened a month or more later.

Location. Location. Location. So easy to get anywhere and so many great dining options right there! Easy parking across the street, friendly staff that kept my bag until check-in, unique and well appointed apartment.

There are several reviews that mention the noise and the description also acknowledges that it is not the quietest-believe them! There is a lot of street noise, club noise and people noise from others in the building. We were prepared for a noisy stay but we surprised at how loud it really was. That being said, we were provided with 3 great noise machines to help drown out the sounds and we were never woken up by the noise. It’s all part of being on King Street! The spiral staircase is tough to navigate with luggage but, again, it’s well documented in pictures. If you have mobility issues, this isn’t your perfect rental. But it certainly adds character to the space.
