The apartment was very well set up with all the amenities to make it a comfortable and relaxing stay. It is located within a group of apartments with shared outdoor space at the end of King Street, making it a perfect location to walk to just about everything we wanted to see in Charleston. The staff was extremely responsive and professional.
Because of its location on King Street it could be a bit noisy, but sound machines were provided for each bedroom, although we did not use them. We were there during the week so I can’t speak to how noisy it could be on a weekend.

Great value in a good location. Ideal if 2 bedrooms are needed.
It wasn’t a big issue but the email re accessing the property never arrived as promised but I was able to speak to someone at the mgmt company who was very helpful.

Location is great. Many choices of places to visit and places to have food or drink. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Access to the roof deck is a plus. Garage is convenient enough and flexibility of access to it with the vouchers makes it a perfect place to stay if you have a car.
I was not fond of the yellow residue on the walls above the kitchen cabinets and counter top. It was crumbling and dusting the area near the kitchen sink with what looked almost like granules. I feel that under normal conditions it should not have been there at all. Some decontamination would be ideal (I am aware of this being an old building but still).

The location was ideal. The condo was spotless, the beds comfortable, and the den felt cozy. Complimentary coffee and parking vouchers were a welcome bonus. The condo was in walking distance to restaurants and tour sites. There was a little street noise and nightlife revelry, normal sounds of people enjoying the city, but nothing to discourage us from staying again. Host communication was exceptional—responses were immediate.
