Good size apartment, facilities were good and easy to use. It felt secure and safe. Looks nice and modern, not as styled as the photos.

The window in the first bedroom was broken and couldn’t open so it was very warm! Could have done with fans in the flat as the weather has been so warm. The floor looked clean but needed a mop as it left our feet quite dirty. Parking isn’t allocated to the apartment, we had to park elsewhere. It needed an outdoor table or chairs, lovely view but couldn’t sit out there!

It was very well equipped and clean.

We arrived at the apartment blocks and there was no mention of any 'Charles Hope Buildings' , we actually found the check in desk via our Sat Nav location. Self check in was required (this was not mentioned on Booking.com, rather they had mentioned a concierge check in). It then took several minutes to check in. There were a maze of doors to go through using the room pass, including operating the lift and access to the parking area. In addition, we were amazed to discover that the television was missing (had nobody checked it before our arrival!) , which required yet another trip to the concierge , to be fair they then quickly allocated us another apartment.

Beds comfortable and very clean

Painful to access, lots of things that you would expect in a serviced apartment were not supplied, there wasn’t even any toilet roll
