We really appreciated being in a laid-back residential neighborhood. The space was great. Amenities were good. There was coffee available in the unit, which isn't always a given in a home rental, but super appreciated! We also loved the outdoor space in the lanai, around the pool. We'll definitely choose this location again when we return to visit our family in Cape Coral.
We would have preferred a queen sized bed, but the full size bed was comfortable. Also, this is not a criticism of the house, but be careful if you need to go back and forth from Pine Island to the mainland, traffic can be very unpredictable. Our trip to our family's home in Cape Coral ranged from 22 minutes to over an hour.
