Au coeur de la Roche

Logement très propre et bien équipé. Echange propriétaire super, récupération des clefs dans boîte à clefs. Accès étage facile, stationnement gratuit à quelques pas du logement. Emplacement à proximité de la Place Napoléon et commerces à proximité. Je reviendrai.

Studio spacieux très bien aménagé et très bien équipé idéalement situé au coeur de La Roche sur Yon, dans un petit immeuble très calme. Stationnement possible sans difficulté tout autour de la place. Belle cuisine avec tout le nécessaire. Lit superposé, matelas très confortable. La douche est top (douche à jets). Rien à redire au niveau de la propreté. La communication avec l’hôte est fluide avant, pendant et après le séjour, et les infos fournies sont très claires pour récupérer les clés et accéder au logement. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Un petit ventilateur serait appréciable... mais tout etait parfait.

Propreté, décor, laveuse, frigo, salle de bain, tranquillité, près d’un marché d’alimentation. Joli parc en face.

Serrure difficile à ouvrir. Aurait besoin de lubrification. Il manquait un sèche linge portatif. J’aurais aimé avoir les instructions pour la laveuse et le micro-ondes. Le lit au « 2e étage » peut poser problème à certaines personnes pour y monter et descendre.

Great location, clean, well appointed, quiet. private, friendly host. The covered market is just a few blocks up the street, and there's a charming restaurant serving salads for lunch a short distance along that path. Napoleon Square and the Tourist Information office are nearby.

Two things. The first was my fault. When I booked, I didn't look at the photos and didn't realize that the bed is six steps up a steep ladder. I'm 80 years old, not very nimble any more, and found this to be uncomfortable and possibly a bit dangerous. For me, the apartment would have been much better with a good sofa bed in place of the sofa that stands under the elevated bed. Again, it was my fault not to have noticed the configuration of the bed, and it is also my fault to be 80 years old and not so nimble. Had I noticed the configuration of the bed, I would not have booked, but that's just me. If the elevated bed is of no concern to you, then the apartment can be well recommended. The second thing was the door and lock. None of the doors in the building are numbered. The host described the location of the door adequately, but the lighting in the stairwell is both dim and brief, which made it difficult to insert the key. Also, the lock mechanism was stiff and difficult to operate. This was not a big deal, but it was frustrating after hauling a heavy backpack up 36 steps from the street level.
