O custo-benefício é bom. Para quem vai ficar pouco tempo e sozinho ou casal é bom.
Não tem acessibilidade, são dois lances de escadas, e apenas 1 banheiro que não dispõe de toalhas de mão. O estacionamento é difícil, tem pouco espaço para manobrar o carro, e se tiver chovendo você vai se molhar.

Bem tranquilo, a dona do apartamento foi bastante gentil e educada e me ajudou com as dúvidas, o local estava bem arrumado e limpo e tinha mercado perto
A internet era meio ruim e tive alguns problemas com a trinca do banheiro, mas tirando isso foi muito tranquilo
