La position du logement est intéressante au niveau géographique et la présence du parking très rassurante. Le rapport qualité/prix également. Le logement est propre et contient toutes les commodités pour un séjour de quelques jours.
L'isolation est précaire ce qui occasionne une gêne pour dormir (voisins bruyants et fumeurs). Il serait également intéressant d'avoir un moyen de faire le tri des déchets (local inaccessible pour le tri du plastique).

Plutôt bien agencé pour une petite surface : il y a une entrée avec toilettes indépendants, puis une pièce à vivre avec lit 2 places, télévision et un coin cuisine. Enfin, une salle d'eau avec douche et une machine à laver le linge 5 kilos. Cela paraît plutôt propre mis à part que c'est un peu vieillot. Pour le prix c'est correct. Une machine à café Senseo.
Poêles abîmées (revêtement usé et encore sale) Frigo avec congel nettoyé succinctement. Rideau de douche avec matière difficile d'entretien car trop long donc reste humide (devra être changé régulièrement). Micro onde sale. Petite table pour repas pas très stable. Appartement dans immeuble un peu vieillot Appartement mal insonorisé. Rue bruyante Voisinage de palier bruyant. Système d'ouverture de porte bruyant.
