Localização excelente pra quem quer ficar bem no centro. Fica em frente ao supermarket e diversas lojinhas e padarias. Entrada e saída sem burocracia e com anfitrião atencioso.
O apto fica no segundo andar de um prédio sem elevador. Nao tem estacionamento, o q foi um problema durante o horário comercial. Ficamos num final de semana gelado na cidade. O apto oferece lencois q parecem estar no limite da vida útil, o que compromete um pouco o conforto. Apesar do frio caracteristico da cidade, tb nao tinha cobertores disponíveis. Apto antigo precisando de uma boa reforma. Pra carregar os telefones, tinha q desligar a TV. Pouquíssimas tomadas.

Localização é ótima, o quarto estava bem limpinho, roupas de cama e toalhas limpas, anfitrião nos deu suporte necessário bom custo benefício.
Local passa muitos ônibus na rua, faz um cerro barulho, a cama e boa mas colchão são daqueles ortopédicos e pra algumas pessoas pode parecer um pouco duro. Mas no geral local é bom.
