Very nice apartment, with a kitchen, air conditioning in each room, and washing and drying machines. The owner of the apartment is very friendly and helpful. The location is quite good, depending on what you are looking for, the conference center is a 15-minute walk, but bus stop near the entrance to the building, so you can easily transfer to the T1 or T2 tram.

Warm welcome from Stefano. With coffee and resource guide provided. Clean and well maintained. Washer and dryer available in the unit.
Will just take a 5 min walk to tram station (4 stops) to santa maria novella but this was just a very small challenge overall.
