Buenas instalaciones en el edificio, y el apto tiene buenas comodidades y vista parcial a la montaña y mar. Lo único es que no está en la primera línea del mar, se debe salir por una puerta del edificio y caminar 5 min hasta la playa, la cual tiene servicio de carpas por un valor de $50,000 el día. Muy buena la atención de la anfitriona.
Le hace falta incluir más elementos de aseo en el apto para terminar de tener muy buen servicio, como shampoo y jabón.
