location is close to novalja town, villa was nice,

Ventus travel bad bad agency but the villa was nice although 12,000 for a week is steep considering a hidden no choice pool cleaning charge of €100 a day, steep charges for repair, pool was very small and would not have liked to be sharing the villa and pool with any other people.

Beautiful seaview from balcony. Parking in front of the appartment. Two bathrooms.

Small rooms, nicely furnished but with signs of damages, shower door handle was broken, doors to one room couldn’t be closed. There was just one pot 15cm for 5people. No broom or floor mop. The worst was the pool which water wasn’t clear and smell bad. We did not use it. The stairs are made from shiny stone, if there is some water it is like standing on the ice. Very dangerous😞 The staff almost made us miss ferry when leaving when security guy came 20minutes later than agreed. Office didn’t take responsibilitty. Not suitable for families or people who want to sleep at night. Other appartments are full of young people waking up late and having parties late at night with very loud music.
