El apartamento maravilloso,muy amplio, colchones nuevos,sofá cama nuevo, había de todo lo necesario.Dos baños, una terraza muy amplia. El aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente. La plaza de garaje nos tocó en la calle, a si que para nosotros mucho mejor. La situación muy buena, super cerca de la playa y de todo el comercio y restauración. Nos dejaron sábanas y toallas.

La playa, una pena, la tienen muy poco cuidada, muy sucia, llena de piedras y pedruscos dentro del mar,( un peligro,para tus pies) La zona de " ambiente" son solamente dos calles principales de tiendas de playa y restaurantes, no hay más. Oropesa está lejos el ir andando.

The apartment was quite nice and comfortable once the problems were fixed. The aircon was good so it was nice and cool. It’s 5 minutes from the beach and the pool is good but there are no sunbeds.

The beds had no linen and no towels were provided but I didn’t realise until late at night so I had to sleep on my own towels to avoid the stained pillows which wasn’t nice and is a very basic error. They delivered some the next day but when I made the bed the sheets were too small. Also, there were no covers on the couch cushions. The internet does not work. The fridge was off when I arrived and took a day to become cool. The water heating system needs to be explained because there was no hot water when I arrived but I managed to turn the system on through trial and error. They make you check in 30 minutes walk from the property so I wouldn’t recommend this place if you don’t have a car. The directions they gave consisted of a map with an X for the apartment location which she wrote in the wrong place. So after 30 minutes of dragging my luggage over rough footpaths I ended up circling the property for no good reason. If you care about your customers experience you could provide details about entering the property and accessing the facilities on the map you give rather than just a large advertisement of your retail business. You can also offer to call a taxi for anyone walking. The staff were generally apathetic.

Me gustó la piscina del apartamento y la cercanía de la playa.

No me gustó que estaba mal la ubicación de recogida de llaves y el número de whatsapp, habían sábanas, ollas y bandejas sucias, estaba bastante lejos de la recogida de llaves y de marina d’or en general (la parte más central). Además, la llave de abajo no funcionaba muy bien y a veces costaba abrir la puerta.
