We had a wonderful stay here for a single night. The apartment is really spacious and has a well stocked kitchen as well. Space enough for 4 people very comfortably. Parking available just outside. Totally value for money.
The doors were a bit difficult to open and close. Hopefully this will be sorted soon.

• The price for the whole flat is a bargain!
• Heating works well.
• Good-sized flat.
• Good kitchen amenities (utensils and some food provided).
• The host is available and can be contacted by phone.

Overall, the apartment has a lot of potential if the host decides to renovate, update some furniture, and keep it a bit cleaner.
For the price, I didn’t have high expectations (that’s why I rated it a 7), and if you’re looking for budget accommodation in Rovaniemi, this could be a good option.
• Location: not central, but there is a bus stop right in front of the building, although buses don’t run very often. Uber is not expensive, and if you have a car it’s not a problem.
• Cleanliness: could be better — a bit dirty here and there, with some stains on the duvet.
• Door: the door gets jammed and is not easy to open. On the last night I had trouble getting in and had to ask a neighbor for help. I really hope the host considers replacing it, as I was alone in the cold late at night (coming back from a tour) and luckily the neighbors were still awake.
• Noise: you can hear everything from the neighbors, even when they speak in a normal or low tone of voice.
