We Liked the location of the apartment. The bus stop was one block away and it took us to downtown Edinburgh. Also within walking distance was an area with a grocery store, cafes and pubs with local food.
The apartment seemed newly remodeled. It was very nice.
We thought is odd that the kitchen did not have a single towel, sponge or paper towel available. We used the kitchen so that was very inconvenient. It had a lovely tea pot and toaster that we used and a beautiful stove/oven. The dishes and glassware were perfect for the situation as well. I would have also like to see a throw blanket or two in the living room by the couch. That would have been more comfortable and convenient.

Property was well appointed. Very clean and in a good location.
Would have been nice to have some washing machine sachets to do a load. I asked and was told under the sink but there was none.

Well appointed modern, looks recently refurbished and new. Great size rooms and nice furniture etc. Very nice place. Served us great to stay on Hogmany and go watch the fireworks on Princes Street.
A little bit out of town but you wouldnt expect something as large and nice as this in the city centre.
