Gemütliches Altstadt-Nest am Säumarkt

Le charme de l’appartement, son emplacement idéal en plein centre, son confort et son atmosphère chaleureuse. Nous nous y sommes tout de suite sentis bien.

Seules petites suggestions : installer des stores occultants aux fenêtres dépourvues de volets extérieurs et prévoir, pour les journées de forte chaleur, un système de climatisation, l’appartement étant situé sous les toits.

Neue Referenz ! Wir sind jedes Jahr in 6 bis 8 Fewos. Große Empfehlung für diese. Beim ersten Mal direkt auf Nr.1 in 20 Jahren. Wir sind nächstes Jahr wieder dort. Sehenswert was aus so alten Gebäuden entstehen kann.

The apartment is charming and full of character. It was spacious, everything worked and had good views over the roof tops (see photos). The location was perfect for me - there was space to park my scooter right near the entry door. For a car, you'll be a bit further away. The hosts were very responsive and considerate (they left a fan for the heat). The town was right outside the front door. Overall, the price reflected the stairs/temperature, and I thought it was good value.

The 52 steps up to the apartment, especially when carrying my luggage! I got more used to them though. The heatwave was on when I arrived and, even using the (slightly noisy) fan, it was difficult to sleep. Once the weather cooled a bit, it became easier. Something cold in the fridge to arrive to would have been welcome. There are only shutters on the south side of the apartment. Something on the other side would make it easier to sleep. Maybe the lighting could be adjusted for us oldies to read more easily, but it must be a listed building, so perhaps restrictions apply?

Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage in der Altstad ist ideal für die Besichtigungen in der Stadt, der Umgebung, zum Einkaufen und zum Ausgehen.

Alles war perfekt.
