Sehr guter Kontakt zu Elena, Mitarbeiterin in der Verwaltungsfirma. Schnelle Rückmeldungen und Klärungen, sehr freundlich. Sehr gut Lage, saubere Wohnung.
Schlüsselabholung an einem anderen Ort; Zahlung einer Kaution in Höhe von 150 Euro, die bei der Buchung nicht vorab ersichtlich war. Da die Wohnung zentral in der Innenstadt liegt, abends sehr, sehr laut. Fenster sind schon gut schallisoliert aber je näher das Wochenende kam, desto lauter war es draußen.
