Our stay was excellent. The apartment was beautiful, stylish, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. Everything was well-equipped, and we had everything we needed. The hosts were always available online, responded very quickly, and were extremely polite, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. The location is also a great advantage. It is very close to the airport, and the city center is about 16–25 minutes away, depending on traffic. And here's a little tip for Iranian travelers 😄: one thing that is very important for many of us is having a handheld bidet spray (toilet hose) in the bathroom. Thankfully, this apartment had one, which was a big plus for us! I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Yerevan. Thank you to the hosts for making our stay so enjoyable!

Unmatched Armenian hospitality – 4 minutes from the terminal! Five stars! The location of the apartment is unbeatable, truly just 4 minutes from the airport, which was a huge convenience for our family. What exceeded all our expectations, however, was the incredible kindness of the owner. We arrived with the family at the most impossible hour, 3 AM, but he handled it seamlessly: as part of the promised free transfer, he personally came to pick us up at the airport. We truly experienced the famous Armenian hospitality first-hand here. The apartment is modern, clean, and comfortable. For any family wanting a stress-free arrival or departure in Yerevan, this is the best choice. Thank you for everything!
