It’s very clean and has a very comfortable bed Besides it has everything needed including a washer and a garage parking space in the apartment which is a plus. It’s close to a tram stop, studenac and a restaurant. The landlord gave very clear instructions on the parking spot in the garage and where to buy tram tickets etc.
