For this price €640 for a 3-night stay for 5 people in Tarragona-the apartment is actually excellent. The advantages are that it features two bathrooms, is well-equipped, close to the beach, the bed we slept in was comfortable, and the building has an elevator.
On the downside, the key must be collected from a separate location, situated 800 meters from the property. Additionally, the furnishings appear somewhat neglected; the bed base of one of the beds was broken (although our bed was fine), and there are minor damages throughout, such as a hole in the bathroom door and a broken latch. The place is in need of some light maintenance.

Salón muy bien y cómodo, la terraza, habitaciones bien. Cerca de paseo marítimo y playa. A pesar de las vías de tren de frente, no ha habido mucho ruido y hay buenas vistas. Piso amplio de 3 habitación y buen salón.
El baño pequeño puerta vieja y no funciona.
Algunas partes del piso requieren reparación. Cerradora de la puerta de entrada por dentro medio desecha.
Algo complejo manejo de entrada, hay que ir a otra dirección para recoger la llave. Comunicación compleja a través de los operadores. Todos muy amables pero desde mi punto de vista poco funcional. Servicio semi-automatizado. Preferimos tratar con las personas y anfitriones directamente.
