My bedroom was extremely clean, comfortable and I appreciated the fridge and kettle. The bathroom was shared but was always clean. There was also access to the well equipped kitchen if I wanted it. Levi was always extremely helpful and friendly.
The TV didn't work the first day, in spite of Levi's attempts but the next day it was fixed. It is a bit of a trip to get to Luton airport with luggage but the place is so much cheaper than near the airport that even with taxis it works out cheaper. Giving a £30 deposit is a little annoying, although I imagine there is good reason for it based on their past experience.

It's a lovely place, clean and quiet, very friendly atmosphere, I felt like I'm coming home. The host is very responsive and the house keeper is a very lovely lady.
The bed is comfortable, I slept very well.
There is a little fridge in the room, a kettle with some tea and coffee, also you can use the kitchen in the house.
There is nothing what I didn't like.
