La ubicación y las vistas frente al mar son magníficas
De la casa todo genial, si que al ir con una persona mayor un ascensor es casi necesario. ( No me di cuenta al reservar ). Las zonas comunes aún siendo bastante antiguas le podría la comunidad hacer un buen lavado de cara.

Las espectaculares vistas, al entrar en el salón y ver la maravillosa vista frente al mar, tanto q parecía q ese salón estaba dentro del mar, se oían las olas, es una maravilla

El piso tiene una ubicación muy buena, las vistas son lo mejor y los colchones son muy cómodos. Es un piso amplio.
El edificio es muy antiguo, el piso es un tercero sin ascensor y sin portero automático.
