The public space in the building - beautifully designed and decorated large lounge, garden, meeting rooms, large gym with lots of natural light. Very helpful front desk staff. Convenient location for Coal Drops Yard/KX
Somewhat unhelpful attitude of rental agency staff. Sent online check in and deposit request only hours before check in, chased for their urgent completion, claimed (wrongly) that they had been sent to me previously. Nice kitchen but under equipped.

The property was really clean, modern and loved the little details added. Check-in was very easy and we were assisted by reception in obtaining the keys and given all relevant information. The host was very responsive and accommodating, would definitely stay again.
No parking on site, we parked up nearby and used public transport for the duration of the stay.

we stayed here for two weeks in January 2026. this was a beautiful place to stay -- in a perfect location a few blocks behind king's cross station and regent's canal; and a couple of blocks away from caledonia road. the apartment was clean, modern and had all the comforts of home. lots of beautiful coffee shops, restaurants and a waitrose nearby. we can't wait to stay again next time we are in london--we stay in london two times per year and this is our new favorite place to stay. thank you for making us feel at home!
