For basic needs. All in one needs, the towels we found in the closet, deposited quer on a stored duvet. The price would have been ok.......

We didn't use the kitchen. Used tins, used cutting board and knive, used stove.. . We knew it is a cellar. So, there are of course no windows except for the small ones at the upper part of the kitchen and bedroom walls. It is ok for basic needs, but the word "cozy" should be take out of the ad. Then one isn't disappointed and people know : the price is not high because you get all you need, but it's very basic. Approaching the entrance door through a garage which is used as an unsorted storing room isn't cozy. The bathroom is ok, new, but the owner hadn't clean the glass shower wall which was still covered by white drops from the previous user. Remove the word "cozy", call it "basic" and it will be fair and ok and won't raise expectations.
