Mercadande Apartment

Matteo made sure I was met by one of his staff and shown through the apartment. The apartment was clean and well appointed. It was very cool even without the air conditioner on due to the electronic blinds that could be lowered daily. Very spacious and roomy for 3 people, Matteo was very responsive with all questions and always responded quickly. The apartment a 9 minute walk to Milano Centrale so very easy to travel to other towns and very easy to navigate metro. Lounge, and both bedrooms had an air con unit.

Unfortunately due to it being a fully electric apartment you could only run one appliance at a time or all the electricity turned off. e.g. using the hob you could not have on air con, jug, oven. a bit annoying but we got used to it. The apartment is below street level which isn't advertised and can feel dark but it was also very cool. The main bedroom is missing a sheer curtain so felt a little exposed if blinds up.

Muy bien ubicado cerca de Stazione Centrale y de la mayoría de las excursiones. El aire acondicionado se agradece muchísimo. Matteo un anfitrión genial! Totalmente recomendado.

Very good location near the M2 line and not far away from M1 metro, 10 minutes of slow walk to the central station. Each room has its own AC unit, everything was very clean. The windovs had insect protection net. Excellent place for a group of friends too, as it has separate rooms, big fridge and a nice size lounge. The ceiling is high like in a palazzo

General italian problem with electric instalations - if you use more than one big appliance the electricity shuts down (outage). The instructions to restore the power are a bit confusing, but the lady that keeps the entrance had helped to find a specific meter in the basement and fix the problem. The flat is under the street level and there are no bars on the windovs, the noise in the morning is quite intense...

Great location with metro, shops and restaurants nearby. Spacious apartment. Very comfortsbld.

Not easy to get info on how to access the apartment. Need to provide ID and pay city tax.
