Lokal jest położony przy samym oceanie w zamkniętym osiedlu. Zarówno samo miejsce jak i lokalizacja są super! W ramach osiedla znajdują się trzy baseny przy których można odpocząć, no i oczywiście jeżeli sprzyja pogoda - wykąpać się.
Niestety w lokalu co jakiś czas wyłącza się światło co powoduje pewien dyskomfort. Słabe wi-fi. Słabe wyposażenie kuchenne (zwłaszcza gdy przyjeżdza się większą grupą). Brak pościeli na kołdry i poduszki.
