Oceanfront 3BR Apartment 15 Minutes to the Airport, Fast WiFi, Pool, Gym, Sauna and Free Parking

Wonderful 3 bedroom apartment with beautiful ocean view (we even saw killer whales hunting from our balcony!!) in a quiet area. 10 minute drive by car to Miraflores. Everything was spotlessly clean. We loved the rooftop pool and the sauna! Staff was very friendly and our host Ashley was the best!

Ashley fue una excelente anfitriona. Desde el primer momento estuvo siempre disponible y dispuesta a colaborar en todo lo que necesitamos. El apartamento nos encantó: tiene una vista espectacular al mar, una ventilación natural fantástica y una decoración realmente hermosa. Además, estaba impecablemente limpio, muy bien equipado y con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia agradable. Las camas son extremadamente cómodas; realmente se siente como dormir en una nube. En cuanto a la ubicación, está un poco alejado de la zona turística, aunque tiene la ventaja de estar muy cerca del aeropuerto, lo que resulta muy práctico dependiendo del tipo de viaje. Como sugerencia de mejora, sería ideal incorporar aire acondicionado para los días de mayor calor.

I had a wonderful stay. The apartment is on the 15th floor and offers a breathtaking view of both the ocean and the city. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a refrigerator and all the essential amenities. It was also very spacious, with three rooms and two bathrooms, which made it even more comfortable. I would also like to thank Ashley, who was an excellent host. She was very kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with in English. It is clear that she genuinely cares about every detail of the apartment and wants her guests to have the best possible stay. Her hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lima. I rate my stay 10 out of 10.

Just 2 very small things that don't depend on the owner: My travel companion found the street noise noticeable, although it didn't bother me personally (The apartment is close to football camp and main road so it's normal that some noise can be heard). The apartment includes secure indoor parking, which is a great advantage. However, the garage entrance and parking spaces are quite narrow, so parking can be challenging, especially for larger vehicles.

The property has complete amenities and very nice location too. There are local and nice restaurants near the area.

I didn’t know that there is no AC but it was still comfortable to stay.
