Casa Migliore - con garage privato

La casa è stata recentemente ristrutturata. Arredamento nuovo, di buon gusto e qualità. Cucina e bagni con arredamento e accessori completi di ogni cosa possa servire per il soggiorno. La casa presenta un garage privato molto ampio a piano terra e due mini appartamenti su due livelli, di cui uno con cucina e bagno, l'altro con due stanze da letto e due bagni: entrambi i mini appartamenti con balconi forniti di tende. La casa si trova vicino al centro storico. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Probabilmente non è ottimale è il condizionatore del secondo piano posto sul corridoio che costringe a mantenere le porte delle due stanze da letto aperte per poterne usufruire e l'accesso alla casa che si trova in una stradina senza sbocco un pò stretta dove spesso si trovano posteggiate delle auto, per cui bisogna prestare un pò di attenzione nelle manovre

La casa è grande e ristrutturata recentemente. È dislocata su più piani, ogni piano ha il suo split dell’aria condizionata che tenendo aperte le porte delle stanze del piano e chiusa quella che da sulle scale, rinfrescano a dovere. La posizione è ottima per visitare le spiagge ed i paesi dei dintorni. La parte storica di Scicli è un vero gioiello barocco. Nella cittadina c’è tutto quello che occorre ed è tutto raggiungibile a piedi. Il garage a disposizione un plus. Host molto gentili.

The apartment is huge although it is spread over 4 levels (ground floor is entrance and garage, living L1, bedrooms L2, laundary and rooftop L3. There's multiple bathrooms and lots of space. Beware using the garage depending on your car, we had a mid size SUV that couldn't get through the door although the actual garage is large. However, the apartment is at the end of a dead end laneway so we could always park it directly out front although getting in and out was a squeeze. Carlos who manages the property via whatsapp was very helpful and responsive. The owners met us on arrival, they don't speak any english but we managed fine with my limited italian and google translate. there was a mix up at first as we thought it was a shared stairwell and with rooms split over multiple levels it was an issue with children especially but we worked it out. the AC was leaking and they had a tradesman attend the next day to fix it. My wife didn't realise the stove cooker had a glass hob that needed to be lifted and she exploded it shattering glass everywhere. We cleaned that up and Carlos and the owner arranged to have it replaced after we left and charged us a very fair price for replacement and tradesman (we checked this to be true), very reasonable service which we appreciated. The location is a short walk from the centro historico which was helpful. We stayed for a week using it as our base to explore the SE region of Sicily.

The apartment is a bit sterile, the stairwell feels like a common staircase for an apartment building. Even with the doors to open on each level, it doesn't feel like much natural light gets in. The wifi signal is quite poor in the bedroom with the ensuite.

Spacious apartment, scrupulously clean with excellent facilities for two couples. One bedroom with ensure bathroom facilities and second bedroom with private shower room across the hall. The host lets the entire apartment so there is a very spacious, quality kitchen & dining room with a separate shower room & toilet. The private garage was the icing on the cake! Full set of recycling bins made separation of rubbish easy.

Apartment is over three floors so, although there was a lift, I don't think it was available to us.
