- helle Räume - ruhige Wohnlage - Verdunklungsvorhänge - nach Kontaktaufnahme wurden einige von uns angesprochene Mängel am Folgetag behoben
- Wohnung sehr schlicht, eher ungemütlich und dürftig ausgestattet, d. h. - Wichtige Küchenutensilien (z.B. Haushaltsschere, kleines Schälmesser, Teekanne, Schüsseln, Schälchen, Weingläser fehlten) - Vorrichtung zur Mülltrennung nicht vorhanden - Beleuchtung der Räume zu grell, wenig gemütlich - Fernsehkabel lag frei im Raum - unbequeme Kopfkissen - in zwei Schlafzimmern nur je eine Nachtischleuchte - im dritten Schlafzimmer keine Nachtischleuchte und keine Ablagefläche - Bad nicht abschließbar, Schlüssel fehlte - Föhn fehlte
