One week in this house felt like a proper retreat. It’s thoughtfully furnished with attention to detail — nothing forgotten, everything we needed.
The beds are comfortable, and the darkness and silence at night meant good sleep. The owner is friendly and attentive, living on the property, and communication was straightforward throughout. We arrived to fresh eggs and homemade bread, along with thoughtful local recommendations.
We travelled with a dog and pet fees are substantially more than we ever paid anywhere else. This is worth factoring in before booking if you’re traveling with animals.
