Hotel is in an excellent location on Sirmione peninsula. You have to drive through a restricted road and through very narrow streets filled with pedestrians. The Hotel is a B and `B and very dated. The staff were very friendly and approachable and always happy to chat and pass the time. We had a Lake View which was great, although the balcony is a little small. overall the Hotel was clean and the maid service was good. At the time of our stay there were a number of guests who had dogs, I must admit our room did not have any dog smell, thankfully. The outside of the Hotel is tired but it was clean around the pool area with plenty of loungers which we took advantage. Breakfast was continental with a reasonable choice, but coffee was not very good. Overall a very nice stay and ideal for a short break in a very good location where you were able to walk within a couple of minutes to numerous bars and restaurants. The staff were excellent and made our stay very enjoyable. Of note there was no payment for parking on our stay.

Fourth stay at this hotel. Changes to breakfast and having to wear masks indoors were expected, but the cleanliness of the place, the organisation of the pool chairs and the use of whatsapp for ordering drinks just made the whole stay relaxing as well as safe. As always the staff are lovely and the quietness of the hotel, amongst the noise and bustle of Sirmione continues to pull us back. Lovely stay.

we booked a room overlooking the lake! but we had the whole hotel occupied and we got a room overlooking the Parking lot! at the reception they said they would pay us 20 euros, but the money on the card was not received! Italian mafia

Great location, quiet and relaxing, nice pool, and good breakfast , also enjoyed the balcony off our room, they also offered bikes to ride around the island/ peninsula on.

This hotel is in a good position - just a short walk outside the town in a quiet area. Great views of the lake and pretty grounds with a pool made a pleasant stay. The staff were fantastic and the breakfasts delicious. The standard of cleanliness was exceptional. I would definitely return.

Stayed here for one night. The hotel grounds are beautiful. The breakfast buffet was very good. All members of the hotel staff that I spoke with were very nice and helpful. The staff welcoming offered to watch my travel luggage the morning and afternoon of my check-out day. They dog that is at the hotel was very nice. The real only downside was inside the room itself. The shower had lots of black mold in it and some of the painted walls in the main room had areas that were falling off. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were okay, and it was very quiet inside the room at night while sleeping. All in all, I'd probably stay here again with the biggest con being the hotel grounds and the actual area of the hotel itself close to the northern tip of the Sirmione peninsula.

Of all our trip (paris, chamonix, aosta valley, como, garda...), this was our favorite hotel. The staff gets an 11/10 score for being the friendliest and most accommodating of all places we had stayed at. We were traving with two very young children, and the staff were very flexible with our timing on everything. The location is perfect, literally a 3 minute walk from historic downtown. Beautiful views from rooftop terrace. Would definitely stay again and recommend to everyone.

Beautiful location with super staff. Lovely to get away from the crowds and so close to the lake for swimming. Pool also lovely. Room slightly small but good balcony. Need to advertise that parking is €10 per day and not free as suggested on your site. Otherwise we had a great stay and would happily return.

The property was like an oasis, the rooms were very good with lovely little balcony with fabulous views over a well groomed olive orchard and the lake and mountains in the distance. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice and service for rooms on the front. The swimming pool was peaceful and in lovely grounds. The staff throughout were excellent and very pleasant and made the holiday. The hotel is just a short walk to the centre os Sirmione which is a jewel in Lake Garda and ferries to the rest of the Lake.

Nice hotel! The service was very good, and the staff was very helpful, and spoke english. The swimmingpool was nice and clean. The localisation was very nice and quiet, since it was just thourgh the old city of Sirmione. I recomand this hotel, and would stay another time.
