The Space:
This charming 1648 sq. ft. Wild Fern Cabin nestled in a wooded mountain neighborhood near the Sandy River offers:
* Master Bedroom
- Upstairs
- Queen bed
- Ensuite full bathroom
* Additional Bedrooms
- Second Bedroom: Queen bed (ground floor)
- Third Bedroom: 2 twin beds (ground floor)
- Shared Full Bathroom (ground floor)
* Kitchen: Fully stocked with refrigerator, freezer, oven, gas stovetop, dishwasher, sink and coffee/tea station. 4-chair seating at the bar and 6-chair seating at the dining room table.
* Front Room: Vaulted with floor to ceiling windows. 2 full size couches to lounge on. Large screen TV with sound system. Plenty of games and puzzles in the center table to pass the time.
* Backyard: 1-covered deck with a propane BBQ. 2nd deck furnished with 6 adirondack chairs to enjoy time in.
* Parking: enough room for 4 cars to park in the driveway.
* Heating:
- Ground floor: Hydronic in-floor radiant heat
- Second floor: Baseboard heat
* Hot Water: Tankless water heater
* Air Conditioner: Sorry we do not have AC, but do offer box fans
* House Rules(some of them):
- No pets
- No smoking or vaping
- No subletting
- No crypto mining
* Registration: Clackamas County Certificate #892-24
Guest Access:
This is an approximately 1648 square foot cabin in a small, walkable, safe and flat neighborhood with mostly mountain style homes. All areas of the cabin and yard is accessible to our guests, except a few locked closets and the locked garage.
* Note that the main floor is a heated hard surface floor.

Walkable, safe, flat neighborhood with mostly mountain style homes. Sandy River access is at the end of the street.
Getting Around:
Maximum 4 car tandem parking in driveway is allowed.
Other Things to Note:
* Smoking or vaping is not allowed. This is a non-smoking home.
* Pets are not allowed. Trained service animals are allowed.
* No parties or gatherings of more than the number of guests on the reservation. Max guests is 6.
* Per county ordinance: Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am.
* No Fireworks are allowed at any time.
* As per county ordinance, there is no subletting or our property.
