Located in Butjadingen, Lower Saxony, this 67 sqm vacation home accommodates up to 5 guests across 2 bedrooms. You will find comfortable sleeping arrangements and 1 bathroom with a private sauna. The fully-equipped kitchen provides everything needed for meal preparation. Amenities include high-speed WiFi for video calls, heating with heat pump and underfloor heating, television, washing machine, and self check-in for your convenience.



Step outside to enjoy your private balcony and uncovered terrace with beautiful lake views, perfect for relaxation. A private grill is available for outdoor cooking, and you can explore the shared garden area surrounding the property.



Parking is available in the street, and the property is conveniently located near public transportation and the beach. One pet is allowed during your stay, but events are not permitted on the property.



The vacation home is situated in the resort directly on the beautiful Butjadingen peninsula at the unique UNESCO World Natural Heritage Wadden Sea. The property spans two floors with an open, cozy living area on the ground floor featuring a modern fitted kitchen and garden terrace with floor-to-ceiling windows. On cold days you can relax by the built-in fireplace. The upper floor houses a bedroom and bathroom with shower cabin and infrared sauna. The hosts live on-site but not in the booked property.
