Welcome to Glacier Country. This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is your home away from home. A peaceful backyard with views of the pond and surrounding mountains, to the tall ceilings and large windows, Glacier Country has a light-filled atmosphere. The main-level living room is arranged as a conversational gathering space, with comfortable seating positioned to enjoy the scenery and a cozy fireplace that adds to the charm of the home. This home is a perfect space for a long-term stay.
The primary bedroom on the main floor is complete with a queen-size bed and its own private fireplace. Upstairs are two additional bedrooms, each with queen-size beds and fireplaces, providing comfort and privacy. In the basement, the fourth bedroom includes a queen-size bed with two doors to access the room. This layout makes the home ideal for families or groups.
The den in the basement is designed for relaxing evenings and movie nights. A wet bar with two seats, a mini fridge, a microwave, and a sink. Four leather chairs are arranged theater-style around the TV and fireplace. This space allows you and your guests to gather comfortably and enjoy your favorite movie or play a game of cards.
Step outside on the porch overlooking the pond and take a seat while you grill up your dinner, perfect for summer nights or quiet mornings with coffee. There are plenty of other winter activities, from snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, ice fishing, hiking, snowshoeing, and more. Of course, you'll also want to explore downtown Whitefish eateries and galleries, and don't miss Winter Carnival with a parade and skijoring!
In the summer, enjoy all the water sports imaginable at Whitefish Lake, or any of the 100+ lakes & rivers within 100 miles, including Flathead Lake, the largest freshwater lake west of the Mississippi in the lower 48!
