Pet friendly, (for fee) close to UC-CS. Basement apartment, very clean, cool thanks to swamp cooler and being underground, windows near ceiling provide outside light in every room, turf yard, fenced, table seats 6 outside (and in), 2 bedrooms, good shower. Gas fire pit, cornhole game, more games inside, plus washer/.dryer. *Hosts communicated with me several times to ensure our satisfaction. Very responsive! This condo is located behind the front of the house. Follow the path to the left and go through the gate. I suggested a few solar lights in ground next to path to help after dark. If any guest has mobility issues, the stairs inside might be an issue, but the carpeting and handrail are very helpful. We had no problems/concerns. The hosts have thought of everything!We had a comfortable stay! Also, the Bear Creek dog park close by, with a creek, was a nice plus for us!Thanks again!
