More than a century later, the Roost continues its story, blending authentic Black Hills history with modern comfort and motorsports-inspired design.

In November 2025, the home was thoughtfully updated to preserve its original character while enhancing livability. The interior features a Motorcycle, Automobile, and Outdoor Powersports theme, creating a space that feels purpose-built for riders, touring drivers, and outdoor recreation enthusiasts exploring the Black Hills.
