The flat has a double bedroom and another bedroom with two separate beds, guaranteeing comfortable accommodation for up to four people. The inviting living room is furnished with a seating area, a corner bench, a sideboard, TV and radio - ideal for relaxing after an eventful day. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and is fully equipped, including a Nespresso machine as well as optional fondue dishes and a raclette oven. A bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and mirror cabinet as well as plenty of built-in cupboards for your wardrobe and equipment complete the interior. Tiled floors adorn the corridor, kitchen and bathroom, while the living room and bedrooms are fitted with fitted carpets.

The outdoor area offers maximum flexibility with the option of a garage or an outdoor parking space, depending on availability. The residence is not only a place of peace and relaxation, but also the ideal starting point for various leisure activities.
