The ground level is perfect for entertaining - featuring a generous sized open planned living & dining for 8 with a sun filled kitchen which has been thoughtfully designed with a custom oak finish. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals at home, including a ceremic cooktop and oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, and all essential cookware and utensils, making cooking simple and enjoyable during your stay. The living space flows out to a sun filled private alfresco area perfect for outdoor dining, or relaxing with friends and family after a day at the beach whilst cooking on the BBQ. Just off the main living zone, you'll find a convenient laundry equipped with a washing machine and drying cupboard, making longer stays or family trips easier to manage.
