Our 2 flats are located on the ground floor and 1st floor, integrated in a 3-family house. Together they are suitable for up to 12 people and two small children and individually for up to 6 people and 1 small child. Extra bed from 6 persons with surcharge.

The flat you are interested in is located on the 1st floor of our 3-storey half-timbered house, which was built in 1900 and completely renovated in 1994. This flat was generously furnished in 2009 as a holiday flat on 104 sqm, cosy and elegant. No two rooms are the same, all rooms are lovingly and individually decorated.
In the bathroom on the 1st floor there is a new shower in addition to the bathtub, 1 WC and 2 washbasins.

In the flat you will find a bathroom with bath and shower, WC and 2 washbasins, a living room and a kitchen. There are also 3 bedrooms: one with 2 beds, the second with a double bed and cot and the third with a double bed.

The enclosed property is generously surrounded by garden land. Seating areas for our guests are integrated into the lush greenery. Flora and fauna are untouched and intact. You are welcome to take part in feeding the chickens, guinea fowl and rabbits by prior arrangement. We also offer some expertise at the apiary.

Visitors to the town of Wernigerode are charged a visitor's tax.
It is possible, and also desired, that your check-in takes place beforehand by so-called pre-check-in.
Families travelling with three children or more do not have to pay a visitor's tax for the children from the third child onwards, so you can see from home how the visitor's tax is calculated. In addition, the digitalised pre-registration shortens your actual check-in time on the day of arrival considerably.
Everything is then prepared for you and all you need to do is check that all the data has been transferred correctly and sign it. You will then receive a personalised spa card for each guest.
