From here, you can step out onto the west-facing balcony, ideal for relaxing afternoons in the sun. You also have access to an east-facing terrace, perfect for breakfast outdoors.
The open-concept kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, including an oven, dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, and refrigerator, as well as practical extras like a Nespresso capsule machine. The adjacent dining area with a large table offers plenty of space for shared meals in a convivial atmosphere. Three tastefully furnished bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, promise restful nights. The modern bathroom features a shower and shower pan (5 cm entry height) as well as heated floors. A separate guest restroom is also available.
A washer and dryer are available for washing your vacation clothes. Wi-Fi is included.
An outdoor parking space is reserved for you. The loft suite is located in a quiet, slightly elevated area. For convenient loading and unloading, you can drive your car right up to the front of the house.
